Understanding your Vendor Application Status

 

The application fee is non-refundable and we will only respond to applications that meet our criteria and needs as described IN OUR WEBSITE.

Confirmation that we have received your application and application fee. At this time we will determine if you meet our criteria and whether the market has space for your product type. We will reach out to you within 2 weeks if we need more information to make this initial determination, otherwise your application will be moved to either Pending, Approved, or Decline.

Your application is now pending comprehensive review. We will contact you with some questions to learn more about your business and products. Vendors must be prepared to submit product samples, menus, labels, marketing materials, and price points for review upon our request.

Our market has limited room for processed and prepared food vendors, and we receive many, many more applications than we can accommodate.

We are super excited about this new partnership and will reach out one week before your first market day with additional market attendance information.

You and your on-site staff will be asked to sign an agreement that states that they understand and agree to comply with BFM’s Rules and Regulations.

To participate, all required licenses and documents must be submitted to your managemymarket.com profile 1 week before your first market day.

Your application has been waitlisted. This may be due to a lack of space or there may be a surplus of vendors selling the same or similar products as yours at the market. You may be contacted should conditions at the market change throughout this season.

Your application has not been processed. Check your managemymarket.com profile to be sure you have completed all fields and paid your application fee. The more detail you can offer on your application the better.

Remember to check if you qualify before you apply. The application fee is nonrefundable.
